- Monthly primary and/or secondary DNS for all domains
- Backup/relay mail server for redundancy and/or security for all domains
- Remotely power cycle your server(s) via webpage or telnet
- 24/7 deep monitoring to insure proper operation of your server (URL checks, transaction processing, etc.)
- 24/7 monitoring of your machine's accessibility from remote nodes on the Internet
- Emergency hardware repair. If possible, we will fix or replace your server with our extensive stock of spares
- Backup tapes changed daily if needed (tapes supplied by customer)
