2. This is NOT a technical support forum. If you are a Tellurian member and require technical support, please send an e-mail to support@tellurian.com -or- call the Tellurian Technical Support number at 973-300-9561. Again, we want to give you the attention you deserve.

3. Please think before you post. Any comments added here will be PERMANENTLY recorded and it's always a good idea to think twice before posting anything! Your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, everybody... will be able to read your comments indefinitely.

4. If you have an unresolved complaint about the service which you have received from Tellurian or if any problem has not been handled to your complete satisfaction, please contact our presidential hotline immediately. If after following the correct channels, you still feel a negative comment is justified, then feel free to tell the world by using this page. But please, we ask for the benefit of the doubt and give us the chance to fix the problem first.
