Set-Up Instructions: Spam Filtering Held Messages

The following instructions are an overview on how to access your held messages on our spam filtering system if you have already enabled spam filtering for your email address. If you do not have spam filtering enabled for your email address, please visit our Spam Filtering set-up page for more information.

  1. Open your web browser and go to:

    http://webmail.tellurian.com/

  2. Choose the appropriate spam filtering system.

    • Tellurian Networks Spam Filtering System - for those with a @tellurian.com, @tellurian.net, @garden.net, @rtonline.net, @cybercomm.net, @lsa.net, or @nji.com email address
    • Corporate Vmail Spam Filtering System - for those whose company or organization has spam filtering service with Tellurian Networks.

***NOTE: You may also access your held messages by logging into your webmail and clicking on the "Held Messages" button in the navigational bar on the left.

  3. Login into the spam filtering system based on the system that you are logging into.

  4. Once you are logged in, click the "Held Messages" button.

  5. Under the Held Messages, there are 5 Options:

Release will deliver the message to you. (But only this time. In order to recieve mail from this address in the future, see Allow.)

    Delete will delete the message.

Allow will deliver the message and all others from the same person, then add them as a friend.

IsSpam will help the Spam filter learn that messages similar to this are definite spam.

  6. When you are done, you may click "Log Out" to close the Held Messages window.
